Resolution

Option I:

  1. Select Start, and then click Control Panel
  2. Select Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features
  3. Select Sage 50 Accounting on the programs list, and then click Change
  4. Select Repair, and then click Next
  5. The repair process will begin
  6. Install any program updates\service releases as needed. Follow How to install updates

Option II:

  1. Browse to the location of your installation files
  2. Right-click Autorun.exe, click Run as Administrator
  3. The white startup screen will appear and then select Remove or Modify.
  4. Select Sage 50 Accounting.
  5. Select Next and then when the option presents itself, select Repair, and then click Next
  6. The repair process will begin
  7. Install any program updates\service release as needed. Follow How to install updates
